After aging for 4 or 5 years in barrels, the base chouchenn of TARA is carefully blended with other cellar-aged chouchenns, resulting in a delicately aromatic and woody mead. It is crafted in a semi-dry style, offering a low natural sugar content. Awarded the Silver Medal at the 2023 Paris General Agricultural Competition, organized by the Ministry of Agriculture and Food Sovereignty. Made from meticulously selected honeys and aged in oak barrels, this mead is a blend of aged chouchenns, providing a delicate, aromatic, and woody profile.
