Article 2: Application of these general conditions of sale:

The general conditions thus presented apply to any purchase made from the VENDUNT on its online store via the website www.vendunt.com or by telephone. To know the conditions of his order, the customer can click at any time, even before placing an order, on “General Conditions of Sale”. The fact of placing an order implies the full and unrestricted adherence of the VENDUNT customer to the different clauses presented in these T&Cs. Only a written agreement stipulating between the two parties special conditions can be accepted, otherwise these conditions presented are automatically subject to existing contractual relations between the Client and the company Sold. Article 3: Order method:

All orders are made on the site www.vendunt.com. The customer builds a basket by choosing the number of products he wants. B- PRICE:

For France, prices are expressed in Euros (€) and displayed inclusive of all taxes (VAT French and all other applicable taxes). For other countries of the European Union, the price differs according to the country of delivery of the product and will take into account the local VAT of the country of consumption and other taxes (excise). The price indicated on the product sheets is indicated excluding transport costs. On the same product Price may vary depending on quantities chosen. Shipping costs vary depending on the delivery method chosen by the customer and depending on the country of delivery. DELIVERY RATES APPLICABLE WHEN ORDERING ARE AVAILABLE ON THE SITE. VENDUNT reserves the right to modify its selling prices. All promotional operations (vouchers, reduction vouchers, partner reductions, etc.) are limited to one person per household and per operation. Article 5: Delivery:

National delivery: Upon receipt of payment for the order, VENDUNT launches delivery operations. transportation and delivery. Article 6: Stock and out of stock:

In case of out of stock on a product ordered, VENDUNT undertakes to keep informed within the as soon as possible and will offer its client different alternatives: -The replacement of the product out of stock by the following vintage or by a product equivalent or of superior quality under the same price conditions. - Reimbursement of the unavailable product(s) or the entire order according to the customer choice. In the case of a temporary break, the customer will be offered the choice to wait until the date of the restocking which will be indicated to him. The customer will have the opportunity to accept and to wait to receive their entire order, request partial or full cancellation of his order.

Article 7: Commercial operations and benefits:

All the promotional offers present on the site www.vendunt.com, such as the sections Flash Sales, Destocking, Damaged Labels and commercial operations such as sales (winter and summer), wine fairs are subject to special conditions. Indeed, these operations can commit to a duration, a limit of stock, availability, quantity. At the end of the offer, the products are subject to change in price. Therefore the customer takes advantage of this offer over a period of time and once this period has expired, VENDUNT will not can undertake to offer the same advantages to the customer on another future order. Sponsorship: The company Vendunt allows its customers to sponsor themselves. This sponsorship allows the benefit of vouchers for sponsors and godchildren. These can be used on the vendunt.com site and are credited immediately after the first order over €100 referrals, subject to non-cancellation of their order. Worth €10, vouchers of purchase, cumulative, are valid for one year. Vouchers are available in the account client of the godfather and the godchild and can be combined with each other, unless otherwise indicated in the origin of the voucher. The latter cannot under any circumstances be the subject of a monetary refund. and constitute a means of payment in their own right. Article 8: Right of withdrawal:

In the event that certain products have been started or consumed, SELL will have the right to deduct these products from the reimbursement made to the buyer.

Article 9: Applicable law and resolution of disputes:

Article 10: Protection of minors:

The provision of the Public Health Code concerning the sale of alcohol to minors has been amended to article 93 of the HPST law. The sale of alcohol is prohibited to persons under 18 years of age. Articles 12: Conditions of eligibility for the tax refund for Swiss residents

VENDUNT offers Swiss residents the possibility of picking up their order on place at 8 rue des Mariniers 75014 Paris and obtain a tax refund. Orders for a minimum purchase amount of €175 including tax and an amount maximum of €1,000 including tax. Quantities are limited to 15 units per identical reference and to 90L of still wine including 60L of sparkling wine, 10L of spirits and 20L of intermediate drink. THE customer has a period of 6 months from the date of the invoice to return to Swiss soil with the goods. The order will be placed on the site including tax and the reimbursement of 20% of VAT will be executed as soon as the recipient has provided proof to the account department of Vendunt that the goods have been stamped by customs. The refund will be made via the same means of payment used by the buyer when placing the order, except in the case of payment by check where the refund will be made by bank transfer. 4€ fee will be deducted when refunding by transfer. To facilitate the procedure, the customer may send Vendent by e-mail a copy an identity document showing the place of residence in Switzerland before coming retrieve his order, as well as a bank details in the event of payment by bank transfer or check.

Article 13. "Subscription Box"

The "Subscription Box" service offers its customers a selection of bottles of wine carefully chosen by our tasting committee and accompanied by their sheets tasting. "Box Subscription" designates the contract to which the customer of the VENDUNT company subscribes in order to receive 3 bottles each month (red, white, rosé). Reserved sales: Subscription to the VENDUNT Box is exclusively reserved for consumers and/or to non-professionals within the meaning of the Consumer Code for consumption personal. All clients therefore undertake to act in this capacity. The Boxes Sold are not available for resale. VENDUNT reserves the right to refuse or cancel any order to "Subscription Box" from a customer who turns out to be a professional reseller. 14.1: Operation of the subscription The VENDUNT company offers 3 fixed-term offers, paid in advance and without renewal automatique. The terms are one (1), three (3) or six (6) months. Each Subscription is entered into for a firm period and the sums paid in this respect are definitively acquired by the company VENDUNT. The subscription will end at the end of the fixed term chosen. The day of the order of one of the three formulas makes it possible to trigger the moment of delivery of the Box: for the first Box, the customer will receive it within 5 days; then from the second Box (in the case of formulas 3 or 6) the Boxes will be sent periodically for the year 2023 on January 17, February 14, March 14, April 18, May 16, June 13, July 18, August 22, 19 September, October 17, November 14 and December 12. 14.2: "Subscription Box" pricing conditions A- Subscription Box prices The price of the Subscription Box is that indicated according to the formula chosen on the VENDUNT website. This price includes all taxes and delivery costs included. The total price of the subscription to the Box is the one indicated during the validation by the customer of his subscription to the Box Subscription, before the "second click" of confirmation, in accordance with the regulations in vigor. The photos and illustrations used on the site are non-contractual. The pictures and photographs are the exclusive property of VENDUNT and are not free of rights.

Articles 15: Vinacteurs area - Customer tasting

The “Vinacteur” area offers its customers the opportunity to create a special range and decide on the wines that will be posted on the Vendunt.com site. As such, Vendunt sends as free 6 wines according to a defined theme. The customer then organizes a tasting at home (4-6 people) and elects the wine that deserves to be included on the Vendunt.com site. According to the results and the quality of the returns, Vendent reserves the right not to include the results and the wines of the theme in question. Conditions of participation This offer is reserved only for Vendent customers who have placed at least one order on the site Vendunt.com. The selection of participants is random. A draw will be made to determine the customers who will participate in these tastings, registration does not in no way guarantees participation in this program. Commitments The people involved in these tastings undertake: • To return all the items requested within two weeks (file signed authorization, individual tasting sheet, photos, etc.). In the event that the elements are not or partially returned, all the bottles sent by Vendunt as free as well as shipping costs must be reimbursed by the customer. • Vendent not to be prosecuted following these tastings. This service is offered as part of a tasting, the people involved therefore undertake to respect the rules of a tasting classic (4cl maximum per wine, no swallowing)
